Driver injured, horse killed in collision in central Minnesota
The juvenile driver was injured and taken to the hospital.

A horse died Tuesday night after it was hit by a car in Wadena County.
According to the Wadena County Sheriff s Office, deputies responded to the area of County Road 23 near County Road 4 in Aldrich Township around 10:10 p.m. after a caller reported a vehicle hit a horse and the driver was injured.
The car was apparently traveling northbound on Country Road 23 when it hit a horse in the road.
The juvenile driver, who was wearing a seatbelt, was injured and taken to the hospital. Their condition is not known.

PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) accused 20 MPAs in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of horse-trading in the 2018 Senate elections but could not prove allegations.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan had announced that cases against MPAs involved in corruption would be referred to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) but not a single case against any MPA has been referred to the NAB.
Some former MPAs have filed a defamation suit against Prime Minister Imran Khan in various courts but the PTI has not submitted evidence or reply in any of the cases. Two petitions filed under the Defamation Ordinance 2002 are still pending. PM s lawyers are using various tactics to delay the case. The special jirga met former special assistant to the chief minister Arif Yousaf for an out-of-court settlement. The court dismissed the case after the reconciliation between both parties. After a recent article on street name origins in Anchorage, several readers wrote in about other uniquely named Alaska roads. For example, there is Four Wheel Drive in Chugiak. Karl Voiles wrote, “My brother’s first home was in Peters Creek. The road going in was horrendous, so my brother and his few neighbors got together and called it ‘Four Wheel Drive.’ The name even became official and remains so today.” Another reader pointed out Whigmi Road near Talkeetna. Whigmi is an acronym of “What have I gotten myself into.”

NOWSHERA: Federal Minister for Defence Pervez Khattak on Sunday alleged that opposition parties were opposing open ballot as they wanted horse-trading in the upcoming Senate election.
“The two major political parties – Pakistan People’s Party and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz - had signed Charter of Democracy in which open ballot was supported but now they are objecting to it,” he said this while speaking at a gathering after inaugurating new electricity feeder at Union Council Gandheri and Union Council Kheshgi Bala here.
He warned that the government would not allow anyone to indulge in horse-trading.
He said that the day of their accountability had come that was why politicians affiliated to opposition parties were making hue and cry.
